With a snap of his finger, a night creature emerges from an alcove and lifts the corpses onto the slab-like tables Hector keeps around his lab for his work. He didn't need to snap to get the job done, but it's as much a show as the vampire's feigned back pains.
A couple more creatures slip out from the shadows. All of them have glowing blue eyes, the mark of Hector's handiwork.]
